concerto 111 hohner 72 bass
« on: September 01, 2012, 10:22:54 AM »
hello

am looking for new accordion but frustrated with changing regularly being dissatisfied

am beginner so dont want to spend too much ie hundreds not thousands

have had royal standard, barcarole, weltmeister, new hohner bravo 111

any one any experience of concerto 111 as they have been highly recommended and looking to get one

and if so going into more detail are they all good as like many models there are variations - eg 111 , 111n, 111s, 111t

i like traditional music and the older model instead new model as suit me more beoing more old fashioned person amongs other things

regards

Hello DD
I bought a Concerto 111N 72 bass today and am really pleased with it. I didn't consider it as an option until I heard it being played.
It has a deep resonant tone, very loud and has a nice musette option. It's in great condition and not very heavy. All I need now is a few lessons then I'm sorted! I'll keep you posted.
